Your Vedic birth chart is essentially a map of your karmas, a reflection of your soul’s destiny in this lifetime, and reveals the relationship between your life and the Universe, your connection with the Cosmos, and your Dharma. This relationship can be expressed in cycles of time, which is unique to Vedic Astrology, giving a system for predicting future trends and events, including health, profession, finances, family, relationships, and spiritual evolution.

According to the ancient Indian scriptures, the Vedas, we have to experience Karma in our present life and next life, which reflect the good or bad actions we have performed in our past lives.

Vedic Astrology is based on universal religion and believes in the transmigration of the soul in its quest for further spiritual growth. We are born to perform specific deeds (Karma) on Earth and at the same time expand the consciousness of the soul through its earthly experience until we have paid our karmic debt and it is no longer necessary for us to reincarnate.

Accepting this philosophy of the Vedas, our birth at a certain time holds a certain destiny, or Karma to live out during this lifetime. The arrangement of the planets at birth is an indication of what good or bad karma we will enjoy or suffer in this life. We are born at the most opportune time to help achieve our earthly goals – i.e., our destiny is already mapped out for us.

Know that this Karma is not eternal but can be changed – you must use your free will within the given parameters of your birth chart to rule your destiny. This is not as contradictory as it sounds because you only realise 5% of your potential and leave 95% of it untapped before you die. Vedic Astrology takes the view that if someone leads their life morally and righteously and gains higher knowledge, the past karmic debts will get paid off and new Karmic credits will be built up for this life as well as for a future birth.

Free will alone at times cannot shift one’s current path in life to what is required – one has to resort to the use of Muhurta (auspicious timing), mantras, yantras, yagyas and gemmology – these act like an umbrella.

Good timing is essential and in Vedic Astrology, the Vinshotttary Dasha system is unique in timing and pin-pointing events in one’s life. One can ward off failure and ensure success by correctly directing efforts and starting ventures at auspicious times.

In Vedic civilisation, Astrology formed the very basis of daily life so that someone might harmonise their life with the laws of nature – Law of Karma, with its doctrine of reincarnation and the soul’s attainment of “Nirvana” i.e., the merging with all wisdom at which point the cycle of reincarnation comes to an end

A Vedic horoscope highlights your potential and capabilities with regard to finances, relationships, career, and other earthly considerations, but most importantly it helps you to open the window on your own spirituality, thus revealing your true purpose in this incarnation.

Vedic Natal chart – related to predictions regarding birth charts.

Vedic Astrology interprets someone’s future by their previous Karma indicated by the planetary positions at the time of birth. For an accurate Natal Chart to be created, the Astrologer requires the person’s date, time, and place of birth.

In the event of someone not having their exact time of birth, an Astrologer can rectify their birth time but this involves a lot of research into the person’s background and history – it is a two way process where past events are fitted into appropriate Dashas (periods) before the correct details can be confirmed.

Vedic Astrology involves putting up to 16 charts, depending on the depth the Astrologer wishes to go into. Therefore, bear this in mind when you visit your Astrologer next time.

Horary or Prashna chart – related to the answering of pressing questions

Horary or Prashna answers people’s pressing questions – which can be anything from “Will I marry this year?” to “Where did I put my keys?” to “Is this the right time to invest in a new business?” and numerous other topics. If the question asks when, where or whether, it can definitely be answered using Horary.

A Horary Chart symbolises the birth of a question – a question is “born” when first asked aloud or in writing of the Astrologer, and the question’s horoscope is put up for the day, time, and place of birth to show where the planets are in the sky at the moment and how they affect the outcome of the question – this form of Astrology does not require the personal details of the person. Hence, I recommend Horary for everyday pressing questions and more so for people who do not have their exact birth details. This form of astrology is very helpful for questions that require immediate answers.

The Sun and Moon produce effects which the ancients could not fail to notice. The rains, the tides, the fertility of the soil and the general comfort and wellbeing of people were directly traceable to their influence. Apart from the Sun and Moon there were five other wandering stars or planets which seemed to move in harmony and also exerted their influence. The ancients knew these wandering stars as Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. They decided to create seven day periods called weeks and named each week day after the various planets. Sun’s day became Sunday, Moon’s Day became Monday and so on and so forth. That is how the now universally accepted week days came about.

It was also observed that the full Moon appeared twelve times in different parts of the sky before returning to its original position, and this gave birth to the “month” as we know it. Needless to say, the definition of the “year”, the four seasons, day and night and various other phenomenon that we now accept without question, can all be traced back to the early observations of the Astrologers.

There are three fields known to science – magnetic, electric, and gravitational which play a major part in the workings of the influences imparted by the planets as the planets in their orbits around the Sun get close to or further away from each other, major changes occur in these fields which in turn influence everything that has life on Earth.

The phases of the Moon (which is the fastest moving planet and the closest to the Earth) affects the tides, the menstrual cycles of women, the growth of plants and the birth cycles of oysters and turtles. The Moon also has many links with human fertility as ovulation is promoted when it is full.

This is not right to say that the other planets do not have a significant effect on our lives – they do in fact bring about similar effects although these are not easily observable, but the question of deep understanding through Vedic Astrology.

You can tell everything about the person. It is the most detailed science of humanity where everyone have different face that represent their individual evolution, personality, and attitudes that further determine their life, behaviour, fortune, their failures, and wins of life. It tells your hidden possibilities, personal blockages and past, present, and future altogether.

This is the most unique way to do the reading and predictions. I combine face reading and astrology together. Face shows their potential, personality, approach, intelligence, and effort making capacity, and the chart shows their planetary alignment that reveals the time frame of their failure and success they can achieve through their efforts, and a particular personality. Combining Face reading and Astrology reveals everything about the person. It reveals the depth of the person.

A face itself does not tells much, but only the inner energy of the person is perceived by the face. Through face I go inside the person and feel and become absolutely like him. It reveals his all secrets, characters, and good and bad traits along with his strength, weakness, fear, doubts, possibilities, and inner evolution.

It tells a story about the person. And when I combine this information perceived by face with the Vedic Astrology, it take it to the next level of information about the person and give me a solid platform to talk about him, reveal his life, and help him precisely.

Without having birth time, the chart of the person cannot be made. One can understand this with the example that year of birth is like city name, date of birth is like street name, and the time of birth is like house number. If the house number is not given one can reach very near to it, but will not be able to enter in the home.

Home that is also called Ascendent or Lagna in horoscope, can only be revealed by time of birth, and it reveals life mystery of the person.

The difference is the same that if you look google to take the medicines to cure your cancer; it will certainly kill you. This is what happens with the horoscope of the newspapers that gives you very vague idea of your life, that is not precise and can be the reason of further stress, frustration, or non-solution of your life and relying them can be disastrous for the happiness of the person.

Horoscope of the magazines should not be seen, but one should consult the qualified and experienced astrologer if they have any problem or precise question.

It can console him with the timeline of the difficult times/planets, as bad time does not last forever. And apart it can give him insight that how he can deal with it and take the best decision as per running planets. For example, Sade-sati of Saturn lasts for 7.5 years, so any problem caused by Saturn will end within this time. Or some other planet runs for 2 or 3 years, or few months, this will give him possibility to do proper management of his time as per requirement and take the best decision in the difficult times rather than wasting the time and suffering unnecessarily.

Important is to create a mindset against tough time and calamities of life, this is what is done by the Astrology so that people can look at their life precisely and help themselves.

Introspection is the key to the peace; it helps us calming the mind.

Constantly pay attention to your mind, body, and emotions, it will give you clue to know and understand you better, that will result in your peace.

Meditation and chanting of the mantras is one of the best ways to achieve peace, but the thing is that it will not work until one is serious about himself, but at least it can trigger this process.

Another key to achieve peace is honesty for oneself. As when one is honest, he don’t waste time and efforts for useless things and lying and manipulating people, that further helps him to stay calm and be peaceful.

It is a tricky question. In my opinion and experience it works more on the individual energy of the child, that is determined by their palm and face that who they are and what are their potentials. Because though they look like same or born on almost same time, but there is some difference in them that can certainly be determine by their face and palm, which clearly shows different energies, and that have different outcomes as well.

This is what affect their life in long run though they have born minutes apart of each other.

By not involving too much in the world but rather focusing on himself one can still his mind.

World bring distraction as it is infinite and without any control, and when one is not too much involved in it, he is naturally sharper, happier, and peaceful as he deals with fewer things, people, and objects. This is what called “Non-Attachment” in spiritual terms. But indeed, it is to be “Yourself”.

I have gone through some of the most profound level of consciousness, personal endurance, spiritual, and mystic experiences in my life. It gives me ability to see what I can.

When you are deeper inside, you can see further outside in all dimension of the time, things, and people. Astrology reveals only one dimension of the things, but when you are deeper inside, it reveals multidimensions that is unimaginable in the normal terms. My experience of deeper realization allows me to see beyond what is normally visible and gives me capacity to talk and know those things that normally people are unaware of. Certainly, it helps them deeper and instantly brings light, solution, peace, and direct way to be “Themselves”.

When we’re born, we bring forward our unaccomplished karmic debt from our previous lives and are expected to clear those debts within this life time. We’re born at the most opportune time to achieve our earthly goals – i.e., our destiny is already mapped out for us.

Astrologers believed that the planetary configurations at the time of one’s birth shaped one’s future, earthly struggles, and achievements. This approach to what the stars foretold led to fatalism until wiser men developed the philosophy of free will and stressed “The wise man rules his stars and hence his destiny”. There is however another camp of thought that mischievously insists that “Man often meets his destiny by the road he has taken to avoid it”.

In Karmic law catastrophes and seemingly unjust conditions of life are not results of chance or the whim of the Gods, but stem from the implacable cosmic conditions – i.e., represented by karmic past, present, and future. Rahu and Ketu are extremely important in a Natal Chart. Ketu represents the karmic debt brought forward and Rahu represents how this is likely to be fulfilled.

Vedic Astrology takes the view that if a person leads their life morally and righteously, their past karmic debts will get paid off and new karmic credits will build up in this life and future lives. This can only be achieved by the free will of the person concerned and hence falls in line with the statement that one can rule their destiny.

Karma And Reincarnation

Vedic Astrology is based on the philosophy of Karma and Reincarnation. You are who you are because of your many past lives. Never feel sorry for yourself, never ask why me, and never compare your life to anyone else’s. You’re alone in this journey and you live by the decisions and choices you make.

Karma explains cause and effect and nothing describes it better than the saying, “Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap”.

Karma is the force generated by a person’s actions. Throughout the operations of the Law of Karma, the manifestation of perfect justice is apparent. We are not punished for our sins, as everyone believes incorrectly, but we are punished by our sins.

We are not rewarded for our good acts but we receive our reward through our characteristics and qualities acquired by having performed these good deeds in previous lives.

In other words, we are our own judges and executioners.

The Vedic horoscope of a person is like a business man’s balance sheet at the beginning of every year. It represents the debtors and creditors accumulated by the soul in its past lives.

Vedic Astrology believes in the transmigration of the soul in its quest for further spiritual growth in every lifetime.

To achieve this, a person must take on many births until they are freed of their bad Karma. Knowing a person’s materialistic urges, this task is not an easy one, hence they have to keep coming back to Earth to learn their lessons.

You are what you are because of these experiences that you have had in your past lives. Just as a pebble is moulded by the swirling waters over time, so is the soul’s consciousness moulded by our experiences in various life times.

There are four types of Karma that we have to contend with in our quest to achieve final liberation or enlightenment:

Sanchita Karma represents accumulated good and bad karma of past lives which have already matured and their influence in the circumstances in which one is born.

For example, one can be born a pauper or a king. This karma is mainly responsible for our time of birth and hence the circumstances that we have to face in this lifetime. Some people are born with mental or physical handicaps over which they have no control. Yet others are born with great talents which shine through at a very early age.

In the birth chart Sanchita Karma is represented by the 4th, 8th, and the 12th houses (Water signs in the Zodiac) which are traditionally called “dark” houses because they represent deep and hidden meanings and influences which are related to life’s comforts, death, and transformation in one’s chart. These are in fact houses of final liberation and enlightenment.

One does not have any control over this karma because it has matured fully.

On a physical level, this karma materialises or manifests itself through the Artha houses which are the 2nd, 6th, and 10th houses (Earth signs in the Zodiac) which represent wealth, daily work, health, creditors, career, and personal status. Therefore, when an Astrologer looks into this karma, they have to view these houses to analyse the physical and earthly effects of this karma on the person.

The reason for apparent inequalities of birth and circumstances become clear when it is accepted that our circumstances today are the result of decisions and actions taken previously.

Prarabdha Karma represents unfinished transactions brought over from previous lives which need to be dealt with in this life time. This karma is reflected in the chart through the 5th house (Purva Punya) and it manifests itself on a physical plane in the 1st, 5th, and 9th houses (Dharma houses – life purpose or righteous action)

One has a certain amount of control over this karma as it is not yet fully formed. Rahu and Ketu (The Moon’s nodes) are the two karmic planets that trigger off this karma. Ketu represents the karmic debt brought forward and Rahu reflects how this is likely to be fulfilled. Rahu plays a major part in elevating certain people out of the blue and it is very conspicuous by its presence in their 10th house of career. One can be forewarned about the likely effect of this karma and how best to cope with it.

Prarabdha Karma usually has the effect of totally changing one’s direction in life – as if someone up there has a different agenda in mind for the native. Usually after this, the native pursues a higher path in life.

Kriyamana Karma represents new karma or current karma that we are now creating in this lifetime, the effects of which we will have to face at a later time or birth. On a physical plane, this karma should manifest itself though the 3rd, 7th, and 11th houses (Kama houses – desire, hopes, and motivation).

One has total control over this karma if we use our free will to make correct choices in life and accept that suffering has a purpose and effort is not wasted, life becomes full of hope and meaning. Man is then seen to be the controller of his own destiny, with the gift of free will to choose his way of life and to design his own future.

The way in which one uses their free will to make decisions, automatically shapes their future in full accordance with Karmic Law.

Aagmi Karma represents Karma of future birth if the present one is not the last.

You must realise that apart from Sanchita Karma, no other karma is eternal, but can be changed. Therefore, man must use his free will within the parameters of his birth chart to rule his destiny. Vedic Astrology takes the view that if a person leads his life morally and righteously and gains higher knowledge, the past karmic debts will get paid off and new karmic credits will be built up for this life as well as for a future birth.

Free will alone at times cannot shift one’s current path in life to what is required. One has to resort to the use of Muhurta (auspicious timing), mantras, yantras, yagyas and gemmology.

Astrology is based on the Laws of Karma and Nature. It teaches us to be at one with nature and to flow with it, otherwise we will waste our energies in undirected efforts. A birth chart should be used as guidance in life, so that one meets with as few obstacles as possible.

Karmically, marriages are destined. However, the weaknesses and strengths of each partner’s chart should be assessed to see if they can make their marriage work.

You should never enter into a marriage assuming you can change the basic instinct and in-built behavioural pattern of your partner. On the contrary, you have to compromise to accommodate the other’s weaknesses in certain spheres; hence the importance of comparing charts to see whether you’ll be able to compromise and modify your attitude, when faced with the problems. The other most important thing to look for in a chart is sexual compatibility.

Marriage is a great but serious institution and should be entered into after careful consideration has been given to both the natal charts of the intending couple – do not confuse this with arranging the marriage as such, but to investigate the compatibility of the couple who might well have met each other of their own accord.

Karmic law will bring the couple together so that they may work out their karmic debts together in this life time, but this does not mean that they have to face extra hurdles and obstacles, which can be overcome by the use of Muhurta and other remedial measures. It also does not mean that their marriage will last.

Instant and physical attraction, however strong at the first time of meeting, does not usually last. The second type of attraction, which is based on mutual understanding and respect has a better chance of lasting because it is built on inner hidden traits.

Moreover, much information can be secured merely from a study of the sign positions of  Venus and Mars in the two horoscopes.

Venus, the Roman Goddess of love, sexual pleasure, beauty, and fertility rules the relationships and the urge to find harmony with another. It is also the planet of female sexuality and emotions. In a man’s birth chart, it indicates the type of woman to whom the man will be sexually attracted. The planet Mars is associated with male desires and sexuality and its position in a woman’s birth chart indicates the type of man to whom she will respond.

Every sign has its opposite, and although the characteristics of each pair appear to be very different, each sign compliments the other with some very fascinating results. Strong magnetic attractions between opposites may however cause tension unless there is some sort of a compromise.

The Arian’s hastiness is complimented by the Libran’s diplomacy; the ardent Arian will also spark the romantic Libran sexually.

The Taurian faithfulness is a relief to the suspicious and jealous Scorpio.

The philosophical Sagittarian will be attracted to the Gemini flirt.

The faithful but moody Cancerian will love the cautious Capricornian.

A passionate, fun-loving Leo will be carried away by the free-spirited Aquarian.

Dreamy Pisceans will come down to Earth with a thud when they meet up with the practical Virgos

These however are not the only factors that an Astrologer looks into. In Vedic Astrology, twelve major compatibility points are considered in addition to the other major bug-bear called “Mangal Dosha” which unfortunately can be very badly misunderstood and misinterpreted.

Mangal Dosha is caused by the presence of the first class malefic Mars (Mangal) in certain houses affecting domestic life, marriage, longevity of the partner and financial standing. The Mangal Dosha however is nullified by various other factors in the chart and an astute Astrologer should be able to assess this before pronouncing their judgement, otherwise they will be doing a dis-favour to this wonderful science and to the couple concerned.

It is fate that propels us to love someone. Be that as it may, Astrology offers much to understand more precisely our own inner requirements for a loving and enduring relationship.

Sade Sati is a cycle of seven and a half years. It’s caused by the transit of Saturn (Shani) every 30 years and affects the major houses in a person’s chart causing disappointment, disharmony, and undesirable events in general. Sade Sati starts when the Saturn is in 12th house from the Moon sign of the birth, Moon sign itself, and the next sign from the Moon sign, thus it runs seven and half years calculating two and half year in each sign.

An Astrologer assesses how this transit will affect a person in relation to the rest of their chart. It’s not all doom and gloom, although it does herald a period of a certain amount of frustration, restriction, and general disappointment. Saturn is bound to tone down the results of new ventures and auspicious events.

Mangal Dosha has known to be a frequently found dosha or astrological drawback. The planet Mars is known as Mangal or Kuja in the ancient Sanskrit language. An astrological situation when the planet Mars exists in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th, and 12th house of a person’s horoscope chart is commonly called as Mangal Dosha. Those who have this Dosha are known as Manglik.

There are a total of twelve houses in a person’s astrological chart. The placement of the planet of Mars in any of the previously mentioned six houses causes Mangal Dosha. This Dosha is also known by the name of Bhaum Dosha, Kuja Dosha or Angarak Dosha.

Are you Manglik? Do you have mangal dosha? Check the presence of Manglik dosh in your birth chart.

Characteristics Of This Dosha

People of both the sexes can be Manglik.

The planet of Mars represents respect, energy, ego, and self-esteem. Therefore one with the Mangal Dosha has a volatile temper. Manglik individuals thus face a lot of problems in bending and adjusting with their partners.

The energy of Manglik individuals can be compared to that of fire. Therefore this energy needs to be used in the right direction and in doing something constructive, or otherwise they might become ruthless.

Mangal Dosha affects the married life, mental state, and also leads to financial loss.

If a Manglik person is born on Tuesday the effects are nullified.

Also the marriage between two Manglik individuals cancels the negative effects.

There are two types of Astrology – one is Western which is based on a moveable zodiac and the other is Vedic which is based on a fixed zodiac and is excellent in making accurate predictions.

First of all, it should be known that the “Daily Horoscope” section usually found online and in newspapers has nothing to do with Vedic astrology. Not only do those sections adhere to Western astrological interpretations, which are different from the Vedic system, they also pay attention to only one small aspect of its practice, thereby creating vague and generalized predictions.

Those “Daily Horoscope” is based on Sun sign that is however very generalised and affect about 9% of the population. This, however, is a very large number to make accurate predictions for. That is why when you want to know something particular about yourself, you should always have your own Vedic birth chart done which is very personal and far more accurate.

Vedic Astrology is based on ancient Indian scriptures called the Vedas, which were written in Sanskrit some 5000 years ago. In Vedic Astrology the Moon occupies the centre stage as the main planet.

Compared to the Sun Signs, the Vedic Astrologers do Moon Signs for the public at large – the Moon being the fastest planet these Moon Signs are far more accurate because they make predictions for a smaller number of people.

The primary difference between Vedic and Western astrologers comes down to how they view the constellations.

Difference in measuring the planetary positions – Vedic vs. Western astrology

Vedic Astrology follows the Niryana or the sidereal zodiac, whereas the Western Astrology follows the Sayana or the tropical zodiac. It’s a highly complicated astronomical subject. Briefly the fundamentals are as follows.

The placement and especially the degrees of the planets in the birth chart of a person made according to western astrology differ considerably from the birth chart made according to Indian astrology. According to the western Sun signs Sun enters Aries on 21st of March, but according to our calculations it enters Aries on the 14th of April. So, there is a 24 degrees difference. The Western or “Sayana” zodiac system makes calculations and predictions based on the present position of the planets from a zodiacal point of view or AS OBSERVED BY THE SATELLITES.

Our system is called “Nirayana” or Indian System. In the Nirayana system, the planetary positions are AS SEEN FROM EARTH TODAY by considering the tilting of the North pole by making corrections accordingly.

If you take the standard globe available in the market and keep it on the table, you will observe that the North and the south poles are not exactly 90 degrees vertically up but are tilting. This inclination is about 23+ degrees to the east and it greatly effects astronomical calculations. See the picture:

This inclination is caused due to the shifting of the vernal equinox, which happens because of the West to East spin of the earth around its axis. While playing tennis or table tennis, if you give a sideways spin to the ball, it not only spins in the direction of the spin but also swerves or swings in the air. Similarly, as the earth is spinning towards the east on its axis, the North Pole is slowly tilting towards the east. This difference between the longitudes of the starting points of the sidereal and tropical zodiacs is called Ayanamsha. The starting points of the sidereal and tropical zodiacs coincides once in every 25,800 years approximately. According to accurate scientific calculations, the present shift started in the year 285 AD, then the North Pole was perfectly vertical at 90 degrees. The most accurate method of calculating this ayanamsa is the Chitrapaksha ayanamsa, popularly called Lahiri Ayanamsa.

The ayanamsa calculations of the Greeks like Hippocras and Ptolemy were wrong. The western scientists are officially “credited” with the “discovery” of the accurate shifting of the earths equinox towards the end of the 19th century. They found it to be 50″. It was actually known to the Hindu astrologers long before that. Varahamihira, the famous astrologer in the court of Vikramaditya in the year 57BC, clearly mentioned in his work Pancha Siddhantika, based on our ancient Siddhantas, that the ayanamsa is 50.32 seconds. This is the most accurate one.

The difference between the Sayana longitudes and the Nirayana longitudes of Planets is called “Ayanamsa” or precision. This Ayanamsa difference is the exactly calculated shift or inclination of the equinox. For example, on this day on 23rd June 08, the exact Ayanamsa or the tilt is 23:58:43 degrees. From the longitude position  of the planets in the Zodiac at this moment, when this Ayanamsa is deducted, we get the correct longitude of the planets as applicable to our position on earth. In the western system as this shift of the equinox is not considered, all the planets are about 24 degrees ahead. The picture given bellow will give you an idea.

The position earth shown at the bottom in the picture is with equinox tilted correctly i.e., corrected Ayanamsa. If you are born on the dark spot see the position difference of Sun if Ayanamsa is not corrected. We are more concerned as to where the planet is vis-à-vis our position on earth and not as seen by a satellite! And we definitely don’t follow the equinox position of 285AD !!

There are many specific Vedic remedies (Upayes) to help alleviate our challenging karma, such as mantra, meditation, yoga, yantra, diet, fasting, herbs, charity, service, worship, and prayer. In addition, specific Vedic ceremonies (pujas and yagyas) and gem stones can be recommended to alleviate certain astrological weaknesses and difficult karma, including health problems.

Meaning of the Mantra:

Mantra’s literal meaning is ‘thought’ or ‘contemplation’. ‘Mantrana’, and ‘Minister’ are words made from this root. Mantras are also a type of speech, but like ordinary sentences, they do not put us in bondage, but free us from bondage.

(‘‘मननात त्रायते यस्मात्तस्मान्मंत्र उदाहृतः’’ “Mannat triayate yasmattasmanmantra udahritah”, which means that through contemplation, contemplation, and meditation one gets protection, liberation, and ultimate bliss from all the miseries of the world, that is the mantra. ‘‘मन्यते ज्ञायते आत्मादि येन’’, “Manyate jyate atmadi yen” which means one who has knowledge (realisation) of the soul and the Supreme Soul, that is the mantra. ‘‘मन्यते विचार्यते आत्मादेशो येन’’, “Manyate vicharyate atmadesho yen” means that by which the command of the soul (the voice of the conscience) is considered, that is the mantra. ‘‘मन्यते सत्क्रियन्ते परमपदे स्थिताःदेवताः’’, “Manyate satkryante parampade sthitaha devataah” means by which the deity situated in Parampada is to be felicitated (worship/havan etc.) – that is the mantra. ‘‘मननं विश्वविज्ञानं त्राणं संसारबन्धनात्। यतः करोति संसिद्धो मंत्र इत्युच्यते ततः।।’’, “Manan Vishwavigyanam Tranam Samsarabandhanat. Yata karoti sansidho mantra ityuchyate tath.” That is, it is a meditation of the luminous and omnipresent Self and when it is accomplished, it protects from disease, grief, sorrow, daily life, sin, heat, and fear etc., that is why it is called a mantra. ‘‘मननात्तत्वरूपस्य देवस्यामित तेजसः। त्रायते सर्वदुःखेभ्यस्स्तस्मान्मंत्र इतीरितः।।’’, “Mannatattvarupasya Devasymit Tejasah. Tryate Sarvadukhebhyasstasmanmantra Iteritha.” That is, one who contemplates the form of the divine and radiant deity and is protected from all sorrows, that is the mantra. ‘‘मननात् त्रायते इति मंत्र’:”, “Mannat Tryate Iti Mantra” means that one who gets complete protection and convenience by contemplating and meditating, is the mantra. ‘‘प्रयोगसमवेतार्थस्मारकाः मंत्राः’’, “Prayogsamvetarthasmarakaah Mantrah”  means the worship of rituals and Purascharan, in chanting and havan etc., monuments and meanings of deities etc. are mantras. ‘‘साधकसाधनसाध्यविवेकः मंत्रः।’’, “Sadhaksadhansadhyavivekah Mantrah”,  That is, in meditation, the wisdom of the seeker, the means and the end is called the mantra. ‘‘सर्वे बीजात्मकाः वर्णाः मंत्राः ज्ञेया शिवात्मिकाः‘‘, “Sarve Beejatikaah Varnah Mantraah Gyeya Shivatmikaah”, means all the Beejātika varnas are mantras and they are forms of Shiva. ‘‘मंत्रो हि गुप्त विज्ञानः’’, “Mantra hi Gupta Vigyanah” means that Mantra is a secret science, from it one can get the esoteric from the esoteric).

It depends on one’s planets and true nature that what kind of mantra can help him to attain peace of mind and cannot be generalized. As grand variety of Mantras are available to help individual as per his need and personal evolution. Just like an angry person is needed different mantra than an emotional person. And an agitated person needed a different mantra than an already a peaceful person, which may acquire higher knowledge through mantras than just calming the mind.

Indeed, when you evolve in your profound peace, it is the biggening of your true spiritual journey. So, one should check where he is in his inner being, then only he can have the right mantra for him and can be benefited by the best of Mantra’s power. A little work is needed in the beginning in this direction, then all peace is yours.

But still some Mantras from the Vedas are that can hugely contribute to your peace…

A psychic can also help you see the scope in your passion and help you reignite the fire for it. An inspiration of this sort can change your life!

4. Closure for your peace of mind

Whether you have just lost someone immensely close to your heart or an unforeseen event has left you disturbed, a psychic reading can provide you with the closure you need to move on.
